Rock climbing is the thrill of a lifetime and the Adirondack region is home to some of the best and most unique rock on the Eastern Seaboard. The variety that exists across the thousands of accessible routes can provide a challenge for any climbing skill level, from beginner to expert. Our guides are here to make sure your rock climbing experience is safe and rewarding.
Ideal for those who are hoping to get introduced to the sport, a half day will get you out to climb for 4 hours at some great road-side crags. Our guides handle all of the set-up, rope management, and break down, all you have to do is show up and give it your best!
A good choice for those who have tried climbing before, whether inside or out. A full 8 hours of rock climbing can be very taxing, but in that time, you can try more routes, hone your outdoor skills, and learn more about the details of the sport. Our guides will work with you to customize your experience to your interests, but you can expect to cover basic climbing techniques, belaying, and rappelling.
Rappelling is a critical skill for dedicated outdoor climbers. It’s also a great way to enjoy being vertical without the ascension aspect of climbing! A sunset rappel is a great way to cap off a day with a little adventure, or to catch some of the best sunset views in the Adirondacks.
For more experienced climbers or climbers excited for a multi-day progression, multi-pitching is the pinnacle of adventure-climbing. Reach greater heights on longer, more involved days. This activity requires lead belay, following, and gear cleaning skills. To book a multi-pitch day, we require adequate proof of climbing experience (resume with references or previous skills sessions with us).
Our pricing is based on the types of adventure, gear to be used, length (time & mileage), and the number of people on your trip. Pricing is subject to change based on your specific trip details. If you have questions or concerns about pricing, please contact us directly!
Our “Request a Guide” form enables you to request dates and experiences online, as well as share some important information with us. Once you submit your form, we’ll reach out regarding availability and to chat with you personally to discuss the more detailed logistics of your trip planning! If we don’t have availability, we’ll work to find other dates or options that fit your schedule.
If you cancel 5 calendar days or more ahead of your booked trip, we will provide you with a full refund. If you cancel your trip less than 5 days ahead, you forfeit your deposit. We operate with this system to make sure our guides’ schedules are respected, acknowledging that they have planned around that income and a last-minute change can be disruptive. For exceptions during the time of Covid, please see below.
Every client is unique, and we realize you may have unanswered questions or are looking for something specific we haven’t outlined. Feel free to send us an inquiry and one of our guides will get back to you to discuss what services we can provide for you or your group.
